รวมคำศัพท์ที่สนใจ ERP & Programmer ที่จะต้องเขียนโปรแกรมที่โรงงาน ที่จำเป็นต้องรู้เพราะไม่งั้นเวลาได้ Requirement มาแล้วเราจะไม่เข้าใจ และ มันก็จะเขียนไม่ออก เพราะเราไม่รู้ความต้องการที่แท้จริงเขา User ฉะนั้นใครที่จะต้องไปเป็น Programmer ERP สายโรงงานก็เตรียมเรื่อง Business Process ดี ๆ Logic จะต้องแม่นพอสมควร Programmer เมืองไทยเราจะ้ต้องเป็นทั้ง BA,Programmer,Tester บางที่้ต้องเป็น Implementer ด้วย ฉะนั้นเตรียมตัวไ้ว้หน่อยก็จะดีนะครับ

สำหรับผู้ที่มาอ่านแล้วมีอะไรเพิ่มเติม แบ่งบันความรู้กันได้เลยนะครับ


Inventory คลังสินค้า

• Location ที่เก็บสินค้า มันไม่ใช่แค่นั้นมันสำคัญมาเพราะว่าเวลาที่เรามีของที่จะต้องจัดเก็บเยอะทำให้เราจะต้องจัดการจัดเก็บอย่างเป็นระบบ เหมือนกับเรา สร้างตัวแปร array ประมาณนั้น เมื่อเราต้องการสินค้าเราก็ดูจากในระบบ จากนั้นก็เดินไปหาที่ Location นั้นได้เลย
  
• Warehouse : ผมไม่แน่ใจคำจำกัดความที่กระทัดรัด แต่รู้ว่าการที่เรามีที่เก็บหลายที่เช่น กรุงเทพ กับ ชัยนาท ก็จะมี Warehouse Bangkok แ้ละ Chainat ไว้สำหรับ Transfer ของไปมาได้
  
• WIP Work In Process แปรตรงตัวครับ คืองานที่อยู่ระหว่างทำ หรือ หมายถึงงานที่อยู่ในขั้นตอนการผลิต
  
• Rework งานที่ลูกค้าตีกลับมาว่ามีปัญหาแต่เรายังสามารถนำกลับมาซ่อมเล็ก ๆ น้อยแล้วใช้งานได้เราเรียกว่างาน Rework
  
• Fish Goods งานสำเร็นรูป เช่น เราไปซื้อโทรศัพท์ โทรศัพท์นั้นแหละ ครับ FG
  
• Raw Materials : วัตถุดิบ ที่ใช้ในการผลิต เช่น ผลิตเสื้อ วัตถุดิบก็ต้องเป็นผ้า เป็นม้วน ๆๆ
  
• Onhand : ขณะนี้มีของอยู่เท่าไร ของในที่นี้ก็คืออยู่ใน Stock เป็นจำนวนเท่านไร
  
• Safety Stock : เป็นการเก็บ Stock เพื่อสำรองในการผลิตส่วนใหญ่เราจะใช้วิธีนี้ในกรณีที่ของที่เราสั่งซื้อมี Lead Time นาน ๆ
  
• Goods Receive Note (GRN) การทำเรารับวัตถุดิบเขาคลังสินค้าตาม ใบสั่งซื้อเราเรียกว่า ทำ GRN และทางบัญชีก็จะนำไอ้เจา GRN นี่แหละครับไปตั้งเจ้าหนี้เพื่อทำจ่าย
  
• Purchase Order Return การคืนของที่สั่งซื้อมาให้กับ Vendor
  
• Material Withdrawal : การเบิกจ่ายวัตถุดิบเพื่อนำไปผลิต
  
• Material Return : เมือผลิตเสร็จพบว่าวัตถุดิบเหลือก็ต้องนำมาคืน
  
• Delivery : การส่งสินค้า
  
• Order Shipping : เป็นการทำกระบวนการที่เรียกว่า Ship หรือเตรียมส่งของ
  
• Inventory Move : เป็นการทำ เคลื่อนย้ายของใน คลังสินค้าอาจจะหมายถึง การย้ายระหว่าง Location
  
• Miscellaneous Issue/Receive : เป็นการรับเข้าและเบิกออก ของในให้กับคลังสินค้าโดยมีเหตุผล
  
• Lot/Batch : มีไว้สำหรับเป็นสิ่งที่ไว้สำหรับตรวจสอบกลับ เช่น เราใช้ Lot ในกรณีซื้อของจาก Vendor เจ้าหนึ่ง เมื่อเรานำ วัตถุดิบนั้นไปทำงานแล้ว มีปัญหาเราสามารถตรวจสอบกลับได้ว่า ของ lot นี้มาจากใคร
  
• Cycle Counting : การตรวจนับ สต็อกตามรอบที่เรากำหนด ซึ่งสามารถนับได้โดยที่ไม่ต้อง freeze Stock.
  
• Physical Inventory : การตรวจนับที่จะต้องหยุดการทำงานที่กระทบกับ สต็อกทั้งหมด โดยปรกติจะนับกับปีละครั้งก็พอครับ
•

The installation step same Windows xp and Windows Server 2003 but specially for configuration.
after you will go to Configuration Wizard and You will found the problem about access denie so
I have the soultuion .take owner of Infor folder and IdoRequestServer and set everyone full control .Restart matchine and try again.

Hi,Friend. I'd like to display step for work about Rebuilding index or Reindex SQL Server 2005,2008 . I have created that to two method for that Capture Screen and Command Line.

Capture Screen

1. Log in to SQL Server .


2. Click the Database Folder and then select the Database Name for reindex and select Table Name and choose the Indexs same picture below.

3. Right Click at Indexs picture below

4.Waiting untill the Reindexs Forms display.

5. Click OK

Finish to Rebuild the index or Reindex sql 2005 , Easy Right ?

May be peple need to command line for Rebuild the index or Reindex sql 2005 because That is very fast for work . I think so . you can follow by below.

Command Line or SQL Script

use demo -- Change Database name
--All first DBCC CHECKDB
exec sp_dboption N'demo', N'single', N'true' --Set database option to single user
DBCC DBREINDEX ('tpstsalhd', '', 70) -- Select the Table name for that.

exec sp_dboption N'demo', N'single', N'False' --Set database option to Multi user

--Finally Check Result Run Sql Script Below.

dbcc showcontig(tpstsalhd)

การ Reindex คืออะไร ทำไปทำไม นั้นผมอธิบายไงดี อันดีในความเข้าใจจากประสบการณ์
ผม ว่ามันก็เหมือนกับครั้งหนึ่งเรามีการจัดหนังสือในห้องสมุดไว้เป็นหมวดหมู่ อย่างดีแต่เปิดไปนานก็มีทั้งหนังสือใหม่ และหนังสือเก่าที่อ่านแล้วเก็บไม่เรียบร้อยฉะนั้นก็ต้องกมีการจัดเรียงกัน ใหม่เพื่อให้เวลาที่เราคนหา(Query) ทำได้เร็วขึ้นครับ นั้นก็เหมือนกันกับ ฐานข้อมูลเราต้องมีการจัดข้อมูลให้เป็นหมวดหมู่เหมือนกัน
ฉะนั้น เราจำเป็นต้องทำถ้าเราอยากให้การค้นหาข้อมูลเร็วขึ้น ครับ

ผมเริ่มเขียนโปรแกรมกับ Syteline ก็ต้องแต่เป็น Syteline Version 6.0 กันเลยที่เดียวหรือประมาณ 6 ปีที่ผ่านมา ซึ่งภาษาที่เขียนก็ เป็นภาษาของ Syteline Programming ทำงานร่วมกับ Database Progress ซึ่งยุ่งยากพอสมควร ผมมีตัวอย่าง Code ในการสร้าง Text Box ให้ดู

เป็นไงครับฟังดูแล้วง่ายมากเลยใช่ไหมครับ แต่ที่สำคัญของการเป็น Programmer Syteline หรือ ERP นั้นมันไม่ใช่แค่เขียนโปรแกรมเป็น นะซิครับ คุณจำเป็นต้องรู้ Business ด้วยจึงจะเขียนโปรแกรมออก.....

Managers might have a hard time assembling the data they need for a comprehensive, overall picture of the organization’s operations. That mean managers don’t have enough time to get information from difference information system.Enterprise systems, also known as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems solve this problem by providing a single information system for the organization.

Enterprise systems integrate the key business processes of sale, production, finance and humanresource into a single software system that enables information to flow seamlessly throughout the organization. These systems primarily focus on internal
processes but may include transactions with customers and vendors.

The enterprise system collects data from various key business processes in manufacturing and production, finance and accounting, sales and marketing, and human resources and stores the data in a single comprehensive data storage place.

For Example :

When a sales representative in Brussels enters a customer order, the data flows automatically to others in the company who need to see them. The factory in Hong Kong receives the order and begins production. The warehouse checks its progress online and
schedules the shipment date.

The system also automatically recalculates the company’s balance sheets, accounts receivable and payable ledgers, cost-center accounts, and available cash.

วิธีแก้ปัญหา : Window XP ,Windows could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt

ไม่ต้องตกใจไปนะครับยังมีทางแก้ไขโดยที่ ไม่ต้องลง Window ใหม่

ผมได้ทดสอบแล้วนะครับสำหรับ Windows xp2,xp3 ใช้งานได้ครับ ตามด้านล่างนี้เลยครับ

1. ใส่แผ่น window xp เข้าไปเหมือนกับเราเตรียมลง windows ใหม่ประมาณนั้น

2. ก็ให้เลือก หน้าจอ โดยกดปุ่ม R นะครับ

3. จากนั้น ระบบจะให้เราเลือกว่า เมนู ไหนที่เราต้องการทำงาน กดปุ่ม 1 ที่ key board

4. เป็นขั้นตอนสำคัญตามด้านล่างนี้ครับ

c:\cd windows\c:\windows\cd system32

c:\windows\cd system32\config\ren system system.old

c:\windows\cd system32\config\ren system.alt systemalt.old

c:\windows\c:\windows\ copy c:\windows\repair\system c:\windows\system32\config

สุดท้ายก็ Restart ครับ
