HTTP 401.3 - Access denied by ACL on resource

HTTP 401.3 - Access denied by ACL on resourceInternet Information Services-> Directory Security -> Edit -> \IUSR_NB-MONTREEand check Anonymous access

สรุปง่าย ๆ เลยก็คือ ยังไม่มีสิทธิ และ อย่าลืมไปดู Security ของ Folder นั้นด้วยนะครับ
ไม่เช่นก็จะไม่ผ่านเช่นเดี่ยวกัน
